The Corporex Capital investment strategy is driven by a selective focus on the highest quality assets that are located in densely-populated, high growth markets and are facing financial or operational distress.  To maximize the return to our investors, we will leverage the deep operating experience and unique skills of the Corporex Companies and target full-service and upscale select service hotels, Class A and B+ office properties, high-quality distribution centers, mixed-use properties with hotel, office and retail components, and stalled development projects.
