Ms. Hansel is the Director of Asset Management. Most recently, Ms. Hansel was Vice President of Asset Management at Sunrise Senior Living, where she was responsible for joint venture formation, recapitalization and asset management of portfolios of senior housing assets. Previously, Ms. Hansel spent seven years in various corporate finance capacities with Marriott International and Manor Care, including financial planning, asset management and internal audit, where she performed risk assessments of senior living communities and full-service and select service hotel properties, both domestically and internationally. Ms. Hansel holds an MBA with concentrations in finance and marketing from the University of Maryland School of Business, and Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Health Policy and Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.
