Mr. Linnihan is the Senior Vice President of Corporex Capital and oversees all the debt activities for the organization.  Prior to joining Corporex in September 2009, Mr. Linnihan held various positions of increasing responsibility with The Opus Group, including  Vice President of Sales and Finance with Opus South Corporation in Atlanta and Director of Investments & Finance with Opus Properties, L.L.C. in Minneapolis.  During his tenure with Opus, Mr. Linnihan underwrote, acquired, disposed and financed commercial real estate assets.  Some of Mr. Linnihan accomplishments include leading or participating in over $1 billion of acquisitions; 10 joint ventures; and over $800 million in permanent and construction financings. Mr. Linnihan holds an MBA from the University of Saint Thomas and Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Boston College.
