Mr. Daniele is the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions. With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Daniele has demonstrated abilities in hotel acquisitions, development, dispositions, strategic planning, operations, brand management and franchising. Prior to joining Corporex, Mr. Daniele was President of Baymont Franchises until the sale of the company. Previously, he held senior positions in Ernst & Young, MOA Hospitality, and Laventhol & Horwath.
Mr. Daniele served on the Board of Directors of publicly-traded Studio Plus Hotels until it was acquired in 1997 by Extended Stay America. Mr. Daniele has extraordinary knowledge of the hospitality industry, with regard to property locations, transactions and industry trends. In addition to his role with sourcing acquisition opportunities, Mr. Daniele monitors activity in the nation’s top 50 hospitality markets and provides critical market research for asset acquisitions and dispositions.
Mr. Daniele received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University, College of Business.
