Mr. Greenman is Vice President of Investments. Mr. Greenman has 15 years of commercial real estate experience in the area of acquisitions and dispositions. In his prior position as Chief Investment Officer of AmeriVest Properties, Inc. from 2001 to 2005, Mr. Greenman acquired fifteen office properties totaling $285 million in transaction value, which were subsequently sold for a net gain of $45 million over a five year period. Previously, Mr. Greenman was a Senior Director in the Real Estate Capital Markets Group at Continental Bank. Mr. Greenman earned a Master of International Relations from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College.
