Mr. Fessler is Senior Vice President of Sales and Asset Management. Mr. Fessler has extensive commercial knowledge and experience gained over a 21-year career with Duke Realty where he most recently held the position of Executive Regional Vice President for Atlanta. Previously, Mr. Fessler served as the President of The Flex/Industrial Group for GID Investment Advisors in Boston where he oversaw acquisition and development. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fessler was employed by Trammel Crow and General Electric. Mr. Fessler is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he graduated with honors and a degree in Finance.
